"First the positive. The interior is as expected from a brewhouse. Rustic and cozy. The operation is nice and fast. Now the negative. The cozy atmosphere is disturbed by large screens with constantly changing complaints from regional companies. You seem like you're on a train station. And then... Two girls (20 21) had planned a meal for a friend with over 60 friends, relatives and acquaintances. Buffet for 16,50 EUR. The soup was served at the table, went so from the taste, but was very creamy. Actually, only champions and cream. The buffet was not only bad, but a nausea. You can't build a buffet. No decoration or even just trying to make it look beautiful. No salads, tomato mozzarella or something fresh. A variety of meat (should be pork fillet, but tasted like dry cashier) in cream sauce. Peas, carrots, cauliflowers, broccoli in cream sauce. Then frying potatoes and noodles; unfortunately cold. There were vegetarians among the guests. They could eat the vegetables and pasta without sauce, because the sauce was in the meat pan. As a dessert ready pudding with yellow sauce as in a canteen. In general, the whole food reminded us of a canteen. I've never seen anything like that before. Unfortunately, you can't set pictures here. It was really incredibly bad. As an innkeeper, it would violate my supervisors to give guests such a disaster. In addition, all drinks were immediately cashed after each order. Of course, it's bothering at dinner and costs a lot of time. The reason was that it had happened that the guests had not paid their drinks. Well, thank you, so here the guest will be imputed from the beginning, he would prep the toe! Among the guests were many entrepreneurs, employees of the city administration, the hospital and the post office. Well, that gives a great complaint when the colleagues ask on Monday how the weekend was so!!! The two girls had made a lot of effort to organize the evening. Too bad that this evening will be remembered as a culinary low point."
