We came twice on the occasion of our short holiday in Florence, finding us more than well on both occasions. Excellent carbonara, as pointed out by other reviewers, to recommend also parmigiane noodles and truffle. We did not take the meat size, but the taste offered by the house says long on the quality of the products. Everything immersed in an atmosphere of pleasant friendliness, at prices more than honest. If they decide to reopen the Vasarian Corridor, we will return to September!

We spent our last evening in Florence here. Booked based on the good reviews. The basement dining room wasn't very busy but I think that was because it was a Sunday. The city was quiet that night. The roast pork porcetta was amazing, mouthwatering, beautiful. One of the best dishes we had in Florence, if not the best. The owner/ manager served us up a couple of homemade limoncellos after we'd settled the bill. Lovely touch which kept up us warm in the way back to the hotel!
