"We start from the room, very nice, very clean and very clean! To welcome you there is Sara who immediately puts you at ease and in the room assists you in every your request. Then there is the chef Valentino who delights you with exceptional dishes with that right hint of Sicilianity given its origins. On this occasion we had lunch for the birthday of my wife in the family all based on fish, appetizer with marinated raw and gratin mussels with shrimp cocktail a real delight! Impressed with very good mussels. As first linguine to the axe made as a rule of art!!! Really a perfect dish under all points of view starting from the cooking of pasta to sapidità, very fresh aastice. As according to a fried shrimp and squid, a good fry very light and felt the oil clean. And dulcis in fundo the chef for the occasion offered us a small cake made by him, with sponge bread, pistachios and cream... a real delight for the palate! Very low prices. Try and you won't regret it, a good fork says!"

I don't usually make reviews, but here we've been through limits, my boyfriend's been sick for five days. How bad can a carbonara fork do? To close

Very nice local, very friendly and helpful staff. The pizza is delicious, light and digestible. I recommend to taste the one with provola and friarelli. Good and abundant appetizer.

Rather hidden from the view, but often less obvious restaurants turn out to be excellent and Fermentu is no exception. We ate in two adults and our 4-year-old son who ate as a big...!!! A mixed fry of all respect, Amatriciana, cacio and pepper, cacio and mussels all three remarkable r to finish the baked cream as you eat at home...all spending much less than 50€...!!! Recommended

Very nice local right in the heart of the city. They welcomed us with a big smile and a lot of sympathy that lasted all night. Very good meat with a reduction of red wine and zucchini as contour to the wonderful Scapece. Also grilled and fried fries very tasty and plentiful....report quality excellent price. Surely we will come back to taste the pizzas that made a profuuumoooo and fish. Very good. Fr.s. made us taste a grappina and a sweet out of account. Thanks again!!! !
