"Best Ice Cream/Gelato we've ever had with incredible customer service . There were 7 of us, each with different flavours...all beautifully unique and delicious! The only place we've ever seen Liquorice gelato and if you like Liquorice, you will LOOOOVE this!! The vast array of unique and local spirits was great too, but we were there for ice cream! Don't go to Narberth and miss this little shop of deliciousness!!"

This place is a real find. The ice cream is awesome. My wife had the licorice flavour and was not disappointed. The owner has a real passion for quality and it shows in the product. Will definitely be returning.

Authentic, organic gelato, made on site by informative and friendly owner. We highly recommend the 3 we tried: stem ginger, raspberry ripple, rhubarb. Tastes much better and considerably healthier, than ice-cream. Top marks!

Been visiting over the years and the gelato and sorbets are amazing. An innovative range of flavours, constantly evolving plus some old favourites mean they have something for everyone! Add to this the really great couple that run it, who are friendly and knowledgeable. A real winner! Ver carta

Stumbled Across this Fantastic Independent whilst holidaying in the Area.. Ice Cream so Good we Returned 3 times in a week to try more of the Delicious Flavours!! Must Also Recommend the Awsome Gethins Cider, served in 2Pint Containers at a Great Price, it was so Refreshing whist sat out on the Decking

Quite honestly one of the best I’ve creams I’ve had to date, high up there with the gelato in Florence, Italy. I am a rum and raisin guy, and this one was off the charts good. The ice cream maker was also very passionate about his craft, and it showed in what he produces here at fire and ice. This place is a must do on your stay in Narbeth.

"had a wonderful afternoon here today, we never booked, but we were not turned away. the young girl behind the bar was really nice, we got a table, ordered our food and were served immediately. the food was introduced and as good as it looked. we had two dogs on our party who were best received with fresh water and tasty. we will definitely be very soon and have already recommended them to friends."

"My partner and I were here on 10th June and this was our fourth visit to the restaurant over the last couple of years. The previous three previous occasions at this restaurant have been sat outside and magical! Food and service EXCEPTIONAL. This time however service was poor. A starter, the salmon platter that we have every time at this restaurant was about 70% smaller and not enough for two people. We also ordered croquettes they were ICE COLD. The croquettes were taken off the bill and we were offered a cocktail, but seeing previous reviews over the last few weeks there seems to be a common theme of complaints, so the restaurant is either not learning or there is just a lack of care. The mains were ok, felt as though they had been waiting on the pass and were warmish. We left very disappointed. Such as shame as this place used to be a go to destination restaurant enjoyed by many locals. I get the feeling that the tourist one visit scenario is now the focus. I do appreciate that there have and still are difficult times with Covid and the hospitality impact, but there are some things that you should not cut back on, especially as this is not a cheap restaurant."

My leek/onion/welsh cheese was excellent my husband raved about his fishy one . Good size too..., there’s enough left for our picnic tomorrow ."

"Had an average panini bacon and Brie today. Quite easily could have made better at home. No effort in presentation and the accompanying coleslaw was tasteless and lots of water in the bottom of the small dish it was served in. Crisps we’re nice tho : Asked if there was changing facilities to change my 5 month old baby and was told there was a mat in the toilet and that I could change him on the floor in the toilet or on the toilet seat itself. Safety and hygiene was not considered by the staff member I spoke to. (Not 100% sure but seemed to be more in charge so possibly owner or manager, not very friendly person . Wasn’t welcomed or greeted when we entered or when we went up to order. Simple hello, how are you? Too much to ask. On a positive the lady who bought our food out to us was lovely and made time to speak to us all. Shame as the place itself was nice.l and was looking forward to a nice lunch and a matter with a friend. Have given one star as no stars wasn’t allowed."

"This is a fantastic small traditional pub in Fishguard, featuring a lovely beer garden (with COVID-safe beer parking!). We visited for Sunday lunch, and although they were quite busy, there were plenty of vegan options available, including a fully vegan Sunday roast. The cake and sides I tried were delicious and very filling. The homemade onion rings were also excellent. Overall, it's a great spot for some authentic pub grub!"
