Ribs were absolutely delicious, full of flavour and perfectly tender. BBQ Boneless chicken bites were a lovely starter and when dipped in the blue cheese dressing, OOOOOOFFFT! Will 100% order again. It may seem pricey but the portion sizes are incredible, worth every penny.

ready to give up on this place. eating is very regular. my sohn must not salate or sauce, so add the same note each time. order comes with input to my notice visible. but again the sohn can only eat half burger as an salat sauce. it happens more often than not. unsafe why primordial note cannot be tracked

bought American burgers and chips that the burger had raw parts in it, they gave us a refund and gave us another burger and chips, but they still had raw parts inside (also simply not cooked right refused to return my vater money and post us pictures on facebook, discuss all my vater and my burger r roher

Ordered food from here, came 2 hours later, majority of the order was cold. Phoned to get a refund but the woman on the phone had an attitude, accusing us of lying about the food being cold. Would not recommend ordering from here unless you like cold food with a side of attitude. Not the first time the delivery’s been late either!

I used to order here often. but my last command was terrible. my order was late, wrong and not sharing. the xl hotdog is now tiny, and the fireworks were cold, dry, with overloaded ranch sauce tried to compensate. it was a cold, pampered **** we couldn't eat. our bbq base pizza became tomaten, and it is gluten-free if they are not the basic right, how are we to believe its actually gluten-free not the risk worth for my zöliakie woman. the worst is customer service. I have asked myself to complain, apologise and talk to several. the command went into the container. I am disappointed and will not order there again, I suggest they give them a mistake.

My recent experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The order arrived late, cold, and incorrect, with most of the items being inedible. The XL hotdog I had previously ordered was now smaller and the bun was hard and chewy, as if it had been microwaved. We have been getting takeout from Firehouse for some time now. The food is delicious and they have a good selection of gluten free options. Unfortunately, the service has become so unreliable that we can no longer order from here. Lately, almost every order has had missing or incorrect items. I normally wouldn't call to complain, but our last order was so messed up that I had to say something. When I called to ask for the missing items, the staff insisted that I had misunderstood my order, even though I had the order summary right in front of me. Apparently, I was mistaken in thinking that ordering two sides of fries meant I would receive two sides of fries, and that a hot dog meant a gluten...

We normally love Firehouse as my dad has Coeliac disease, which means he needs gluten free food, and they have lots of options for him. However on August 29th I sent them an email about their online ordering as we had tried to get a takeaway from them the night before, but the only options we had to order from were starters, sides and drinks.
