Very easy way to take someone for a meal,or indeed a cooked dinner, nice staff, very pleasant and helpful

Lovely little coffee bar and cafe. Comfy sofas, friendly staff, good range of choices on menu. Lovely views

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The home-cooked food is fantastic, the staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is delightful. They have a large menu with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Now half the size it used to be, the Fireside Lounge is still one of the friendliest and cosiest cafes in Bargoed. Plenty of choice of food and drinks, and the service is always cheerful and prompt. There is still a great view from the back window, but the ventilation still needs some attention. Ver carta

I stumbled upon this cafe in an unfamiliar area and was pleasantly surprised to find one of the best cafes around. The portion sizes exceeded our expectations and the food was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and greeted us with smiles, unlike the bland and apathetic attitude often found in other cafes. The layout of the cafe was also very inviting.

He estado viniendo aquí durante muchos años y utilizada para disfrutar de la comida y el café, pero me gustó especialmente el ambiente cálido y acogedor el personal pero ya que bajo la nueva dirección de la atmósfera ha ido cuesta abajo en una tarifa muy rápida. Las chicas que trabajan allí son encantadoras, pero es muy claro que no se anima a hablar a los clientes debido a la manifiesta parece recibir fuera de los nuevos propietarios si no dejan de hablar. Más de una vez cuando he estado allí he sido testigo de las chicas que llamaron a los clientes lejos de sus charlas. Rating this under my cafe list since I separate restaurants, cafes and franchises. I gotta be honest this was pretty solid and a lucky find. It’s one of the few places I could find open on a Sunday in a town I’m not familiar with and everything was cooked perfectly I decided to go off the beaten track and order something weird and not exactly on the main menu and went with the pancakes, bacon and eggs. The only issue I had was you had to tell them you wanted the eggs and bacon and it’s not made super clear on the menu so I had to order them later and wait for them to arrive (it was definitely worth it though. Interior is colourful and pleasant enough, it’s cosy and it’s very clearly popular... Ver carta
