Was in for dinner Saturday night with 8 friends we had different items with some extras and the food was cooked perfect not one of us had any completes Our waitress kay was very nice nothing was to much trouble for her she is definitely a very busy woman but seems to enjoy her job loves to talk to her customers given each and everyone of them that wee but extra time which was nice to see in a busy pub

I was at First Edition on Saturday night for my friend's daughter's hen night. It was my first time there, but I will definitely be back. Our waitress, Kay, made our night by helping us with the Mixr app, showing us how to download it and how it works. She was so lovely, friendly, and chatty - a great addition to the staff. We ordered small plates to share, and they came out hot and tasty. It's a fantastic restaurant for food and drinks.

Came in with some coworkers last Friday and had a wonderful time, drinks from they're new cocktail menu are to die for, we ordered one of the gumball towers which didn't last us long Some lovely staff helped us, from Kimi who told us all about mixr and the free drink you get when downloading, to the manager that sorted our seats out with our booking. We got a whole area all to ourselves and we were so grateful to how attentive the staff were! Thank you guys for a great night, we will definitely be back Ver carta

Was in on Saturday night with some work colleagues which hadnt been in before. We were welcomed from Kay who we asked for a table for four she showed us where we could sit to enjoy our food and drink Kay also gave us some mixr app cards and was so helpful in showing us how to download them to claim our free drink and how the app works with the points system. We ordered some meals which came lovely and warm and wee also brought out to our table from Kay very polite and welcoming wee woman and such a credit to your bar restaurant will definitely be back

We visited for the 1st time yesterday with our pup Barney and our 5 year old son I can’t fault the experience at all so friendly and caring extremely helpful and very attentive to my pup always made sure he had enough water and treats to last him The first edition supply’s water bowls treats and blankets for your pups to sleep on while you enjoy the fabulous food and drink they have on offer I can honestly say this is the best family pub in Kilmarnock 10/10 would recommend Steph was our server and made the experience wonderful will definitely be back great service thank you x

I visited the restaurant last Thursday with my elderly parents and teenage kids. We were seated near the front entrance at table 4 or 5. The food was delicious and arrived hot from the kitchen, complete with everything we needed. Our waitress was very attentive to our every need, bringing us drinks, tea, coffee, and anything else we had ordered. She couldn't have been more helpful. It was a lovely experience at the restaurant, and Kay definitely helped enhance that experience with her friendly and chatty personality. The only complaint we had was that there was a quiz or bingo night happening while we were there, and the speaker above our table was very loud. However, Kay sorted that out for... Ver carta
