Did not make reservation, but got a table, restaurant fully booked. Great staff and service, good attention. Kitchen is staffed with enthusiastic team too. It appears to be a trendy restaurant, nice interior, dynamic team, great flavours. Will go back for sure!

The place has been hyped over the last yeas so I was excited to go and see it with my one eyes. I have to stay I was rather disappointed. The food was mundane and lacked creativity. One thing to mention is the service which...was outstanding. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

The place is nice, however a little small for many tables. The next table to us was 30cm away. I had first a salad with chicken and than penne, that had a too strong souce for my taste, Wine we had fisrt an Australian white...Cabernet and than an Spanish Duero, both very good. No desert were ordered, Caffee was bad (tasted as burned).

4 people for a business dinner in December. We had glass by the wine, which in retrospect was probably not the most efficient way of doing it, but it was one of those ah, go on, I'll have another Good was great I had...roast beef with avocado to start with, followed by veal chop, and then a chocolate mousse for dessert. My 3 guests had similar (one took surf and turf), 2 didn't have dessert. Service was good, relaxed atmosphere, a slightly sore head in the morning : would come back again happily!

The establishment is great and well thought out. This is mainly the art inside the restaurant, because I agree with most of the write ups about the tables being too close together. The staff are ok, although one member of the team was much more...hospitable than the other staff team! The food was tasty but lacking in presentation and bit pricey for what we had. I am all for experimenting with food and thought the idea went well together just lacking that design on a plate Overall would recommend but not as good as one would expect!

the hotel is located in the carpenter restaurant bar, this is one of the many similar places around the city: there is nothing particularly good or bad about them, they are clean, see something up, but also somehow sterile and they forget about them the single...mine they leave the door. fischerman is no different: I cannot remember any underwriting court. also the fishing offer that one would expect from the name is quite limited, which desires me to hack the steak. for EUR27, I think it is cheap, but definitiw is not cheap. When they ask me about the taste, I can't remember. last point: do not try to get with the car, they have no chance to find a parking place there.

read very good reviews about this restaurant. quite disappointed in general pros : the truffle pasta was fabulous the staff was friendly but the wein was quite good, a bit expensive for the quality. the main course was qualitatiw, good coffee. the decoration and the look of the restaurant was beautiful. beautiful looked and wobbles sauce for the good and fresh brot. negatiw: we waited 35 minutes for the starters, both were not really good. the goat cheese salad was drowned in the sauce and the cheese was not very delicious. the carpaccio lacked taste. but maybe it's a personal opinion. the dessert was also somewhat disappointing. white chocolate mousse zu zucker, which satisfies her mouth ad...

Fischermann's have 3 restaurants in Koeln. We dined last year in the inner city and eat Oysters and truffle pasta and yesterday we chose a different location in Koeln but repeated the same chose of food. Almost well this time we doubled the number of...osyters. What we really liked was the food, the service, the very friendly staff. What is not to our taste is the sitting, they have squeesed in as many small tablesin as possible so you are litterly sitting cheek to cheek with strangers. Street parking is a waste of time, we selected a nearby parkhaus J. R. Kalscheuer, Parkhaus which is exactly 390m away from the Fischermann's restaurant.
