I arrived over an hour before closing time and saw through a locked door that the teenagers inside were laughing while they packaged chips into boxes. The food is pricey but acceptable; however, the service is incredibly poor. There's a touch screen for ordering, but it hardly ever functions correctly, and there's no notice indicating that you shouldn't waste your time trying to use it. I resorted to ordering online because the line moved so slowly. Although the stated collection time was 5 minutes, I waited 25 minutes for my straightforward order, and it still wasn't ready.
