I absolutely love this restaurant! The staff is very friendly, the service is quick, and they use very fresh ingredients like buns, patties, and vegetables. Plus, they offer unlimited soft drinks from the Coca Cola brand such as Diet Coke, Fanta, and Sprite.

Well kept, clean, helpful and happy staff, Burgers and fries are fresh and tasty well lit restaurant, the whole experience was just perfect, apart from the price, I know you pay for quality, but think its a bit pricey. If you dont mind splashing gout then go out, but if you want cheap eats then stay away.

Purchased a meal with drinks, food was hot burgers were good but the soft drinks machine was serving flat drinks when this was brought to the attention of five Guys they were aware of the issue and would not offer a refund but were happy to keep taking customers money in the hope they wouldn’t notice and fleece each customer £3.75 a drink Ver carta

Having visited the London branch near Tottenham court road a few times, this is exactly the same stunning quality as there. Burger is absolutely lovely and the fries are superb. Great trip with my wife and daughter. Yes you pay for it. But these prices are not any different from a gourmet burger place. If you cannot afford it then dont go. Simples.

The food here is excellent and worth the price. Everything fresh and tasty. The problem is it is already a noisy place. And as they shout your order number to collect your food…. why on earth do they shout randomly to each other in the open kitchen? One guy in particular. It is really annoying and frustrating as you can’t tell if they are calling numbers or just being annoying.

I 've been wanting to try five guys for ages. As I was hungover thought it would be a perfect excuse to try it. I ordered through deliveroo, it took over an hour to arrive. The fries were freezing cold and burnt, extremely greasy too. The milkshake was good. The burger itself was tasty but the bun just disintegrated in my hands so not good. It is expensive for what it is. However, I would get a burger and milkshake when the craving arises. It 's not a gourmet burger it 's what I term a 'dirty burger ' Ver carta

While some may view this establishment as just another burger joint, albeit a bit pricey, I found it to be a fantastic first-time dining experience. Upon placing my order and mentioning it was my first time at Five Guys, I was offered a paper menu and given ample time to decide on my meal. The staff member who delivered my food was friendly and efficient. The Cheeseburger and Fries were delicious and generously portioned, and the overall cost was reasonable for the gourmet quality. I highly recommend this restaurant for a pleasant dining experience.

I am not normally a fan of fast food restaurants, but for various reasons found myself in the Five Guys branch in Kingston. Seeing their French fries praised in newspaper cuttings stuck all over the walls, I decided to try some. You order and pay at the counter, then wait until your food is ready for collection. The wait was short, I received a huge portion of chips which were actually so much more tasty than I had expected. You help yourself to as much ketchup and mayo as you like, and then you gorge yourself. Don’t expect any ambiance in this kind of place, but eating the French fries here was an unexpected pleasure!

I have never had a bad meal at this restaurant. Unlike most fast food restaurants, they cook your meat fresh to order instead of using pre-cooked beef patties. The portions are large, with a generous amount of chips, refillable drinks, and big burgers with a variety of fillings such as mushrooms, onions, sauces, lettuce, and tomatoes. Some may say it is "too expensive", but I strongly disagree. The quality is better than any other restaurant burger I have ever had, and it is actually cheaper than others I have seen. While it may be more expensive than a typical fast food burger, you definitely get what you pay for. I am happy to pay a few extra pounds for better quality, and many others feel... Ver carta
