This charming little restaurant is quiet and cozy, with karaoke nights as an added bonus. We enjoyed our meal and can't wait to come back.

This is the worst restaurant in the UK. The staff and owner are very rude and arrogant. The service is completely shameless. I do not recommend anyone to visit this establishment.

We were a group of 5 who visited and it’s easily the worst restaurant we’ve ever been to! Terrible service and the food was the most flavourless thing any of us had eaten. Not sure there was any flavour of India Ver carta

Ordered food around 9:15 on a busy night. Food not served till 10:45. Main reason, takeaway orders. Without any expansion in kitchen staff it is pure greed to accept takeaway orders while all tables were full. Chaos all over with angry customers in every table. No managers or owners to be seen. Poor staff left to fend off angry customers

We ordered mixed grill and they served mixed microwaved meat on dinner plate. Kebabs were saggy chicken was uncooked and presentation was worst I have ever seen. Service is also so bad that you have to wait one hour for your order. No apology from staff they argue with you if you dare to complain. Save your money and time and have your meal elsewhere

This restaurant used to be my favourite. I would recommend it to soo many people. Just gave me the feeling of being proud about Indian food. But my last visit has changed my views. The food was not the same anymore. The quality was poor.. flavourless.. nothing tasted the same anymore. Its just sad. I don't have a favourite place anymore. The front of house was friendly though. The food and service was absolutely horrible and disgusting! Booked in advance, but still had to wait for a table for ages. Our drinks were just bought in the cans with no glasses, we had to keep asking for two glasses, we asked about 5 times, we were just left and had to keep finding someone to take our order. Prawn biryani was soggy and tasted awful, we just left most of the food there, paid and got out of there. Will never visited here again, the food and service use to be good but its now completely horrible. Don't waste your time or money going here

It is easy to make general statements about whether a restaurant is good or bad, but I will be more specific. The paneer dishes at this restaurant are generally good. However, the papdi chat was terrible. The curd used in the papdi chat tasted like lassi, full of sugar and cardamom. Even after I asked the waitress to change it to regular curd, she insisted that this was how it was supposed to be made. I have tried papdi chat at many places, and this was by far the worst. The naans, on the other hand, were excellent. In terms of service, it seems to have improved since my last visit - fast and efficient. It was shocking and upsetting to see that an ordered placed today by my daughter through Just Eats carried service charges as well as delivery charges. This order was from Flavours of India. I am astonished to know as to how and why Just Eats allowed the said restaurant to charge service charges for orders that are home delivered. On what basis were these charges applied? what service were rendered by the restaurant towards the order other than preparing them? On the contrary, most restaurants charge less for delivered items as compared to dine in service. It is a shame. Either the owner of Flavours of India is ignorant about the reason for this charge Or is taking advantage of its customers... Ver carta
