After reading reviews in the internet we wanted to convince ourselves of the super quality of the meat, the environment and the receiving art and the wise of the personal. above all, after the long Corona period we were happy to let us cook again and enjoy an ingenious eating. we come from stuttgart and have visited our daughters in the badener land. After we had reserved a table (4 people), we were asked at 17:30 on a table free of charge. unfortunately, the temperatures were not suitable for sitting outside. we asked for a place in the restaurant and/or deck. unfortunately only other guests were left in the restaurant and 1e decke found. that means that we get in free sat despite reservation and without the information that we don't get a table in the restaurant. After we were served a starter of the house, we had hoped that despite cold we would have a really good meal. we ordered economical gel cream soup, 2 x 200g steak a large mixed salat sweet potato sticks from potatoes and 2 x 180g steaks “on” salat and chips. this was not mentioned on the phone and also on the homepage it is not visible. after about 45 min. waiting time, from corona were very small tables occupied and we could not explain why it took so long, finally came our food. the flesh was absolutely dead fried, dry, hard, cartilaged, tasteless. all 4 say the purest catastrophe! our salad plate: a pope salat plate on the sweet ribbed salat pieces with broom and mais from the dosis, a little crumbled and paprika was drowned in a bad dressing from the glass. the ofenkartoffel was also processed for too long by heat, the bowl was completely washed and the bathroom was unfortunately passed on by the good taste. the sweet potato sticks were half sweet potatoes and half pommes (no made yourself). the suppe I don't want to mention here. When the waiter asked if everything was right, we showed him the meat, and he went straight into the kitchen and explained how the malheur could be eliminated. within 10 minutes we got a teller with 3 steaks, sturdy cut, cut sweet on the teller and partly still raw. the few leaves of drowned salats, completely collapsed. When I asked the waiter why sweet potato sticks consist of sweet potato and potato, he said: “I am the wrong person”. in the whole situation, he said: “He takes gratefully what we complain.” we were all served and could not eat anymore because the quality was terrible. after a further 15 minutes after the request of the “right” answering partner, the house head finally came to the table and asked if we were the “infestation table of the evening”. he had no explanations for all this; we were credited with the 2 “Schacht” meals. we therefore paid 102€ for an absolutely lousy meal and were undercooled, disappointed and hungry to go home. many thanks for the evening."
