good was delicious cocktails not so much, restaurant was a little quiet but beautiful place

they enjoy our bottomless brunch, eating took quite awhile to come and had not that many drinks, how was hard to get a waiter attention, but eating was amazing and it is a beautiful place

We chose to go to fleur to celebrate our birthday. Unfortunately the restaurant didn’t allow us to bring our birthday cake… Food was overall good. The menu is a mixture of brunch/breakfast dishes, Sunday roast and dinner plates. A bit confusing.

we had booked for our work. I have never been in fleur before and only booked since it was near the junkyard golf. my team and I were very impressed by the quality and taste of eating, service and the overall experience we had at fleur. we were never without a drink and the waiting times between our meals were perfect. I would highly recommend to eat in this restaurant, whether it is a group of friends/family, or an intimate setting for a date, they could see that they are able to reach it in the location. Finally, just one more mention about eating, it is some of the best I had for one and I like to eat well. Ver carta

On the positive side, one of the waitresses was excellent at keeping our drinks filled throughout our stay. Before making the reservation, I was told we could put up banners and bring balloons, but upon arrival, we were told we couldn’t hang anything up. We ended up having to balance our decorations behind the booth, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, it's a lovely place, but some staff members' attitudes left something to be desired. I also think they should consider adding more "classic" cocktails to the bottomless drinks menu, as the selection was quite limited. Most of us ended up having the same two cocktails, while others chose to stick to beer.

This was my first visit and certainly won’t be the last. Thankyou sooooo much for the excellent service and gorgeous food and cocktails. I opted for a large plate of the Fleurs spiced rice bowl for an extra £2.95 and it was worth every penny, as someone who also works within hospitality I can honestly say I’ve never tasted something so flavoursome, compliments to the Chef(s). I sampled Pink Gin Fizz, Mango Mojito and the fruit cocktail and was all tasty and went down so well. Thankyou for the free shot on the house too. There was some confusion with our meals at first but it was sorted out straight away and the very kind gent extended our bottomless time. Again Thankyou so much for a fantast...

the food was good and decor was nice, but the customer service makes a big difference that was completely lacking. after eating we were left without drinks and water for over 40min. After asking a few times, they brought more drinks menu than we had one, but nobody came to take our order. forget the control alone, they didn't bring water when they were asked. they'll get us our food and forget. the waiters went past them, ignore when they waving or call, we had to literally get up and go to get someone just to get no service in the opposite. our table was left with empty/dirty cups and glasses for the old. that was the situation when it wasn't even busy.
