"Nice Greek restaurant in an old plane. Since 2002 the silver bird at the B65 has been ready for guests. For years, we have always gone past it, only now we have climbed a modern aircraft ambience equipped with SciFi paintings, we have been warmly welcomed by the “Steward” and guided by one of the solid fours. As in a local Greek restaurant, the menu is filled in many ways. But why many dishes of rice and pomegranates do not completely reveal me, because it could contain more vegetables. But this is a matter of taste. For this purpose, the rice is served with a tomato topping to prepare the “typical” tomato rice. Nevertheless, the pilot plate with supplemental salad was highly recommended. We also had Gyros with lamb chops and meat skewers, these two dishes were also recommended. Overall, the silver bird is recommended to visit a max. fourth for friends of Greek cuisine in Germany. The toilets can be reached via the rear exit by stairs and are very clean. It is important to visit that the visit cannot be recommended for persons with limited mobility. Only in summer there are flat seats in the beer garden under the wings. We'll be happy to come back."

... a small group of us who participated in a car rally made a way to lunch in this restaurant, the oldtimer aircraft enthusiasts. Albeit we had not booked in advance and although it seemed to be empty tables available, we were quite brutally told that the restaurant was fully booked, no alternative options offered as at a later time to return. My husband I drove past this restaurant just had to dive to see how it was. We were very pleasantly surprised. After we had expected a cheap place with moderately good food, we found a good meal at a very reasonable price. We had the fish that came with a good mixed salad, rice and vegetables. The part was generous and deliciously prepared. I was so full that I did not take dessert, but we were offered and accepted a free liqueur after meal. The building (a converted Dakota made the atmosphere unforgettable. If you are in Hanover, we recommend this place

Das Essen ist Top, man isst wirklich in einem kleinen Flieger, weshalb es für große Leute etwas eng werden kann, sofern man nicht im Gang sitzt. Aber def. zu empfehlen auch kurzfristige Reservierung war möglich und es ist schön ruhig. Perfekt für ein Dinner zu zweit oder in einer vierköpfigen Gruppe. Alles darüber hinaus ist schwierig denke ich. Haben nur vierer Tische. Preis Leistung Top! Haben Sinn für Details, wer Star Trek mag und oder Flugzeuge wird hier auf seine Kosten kommen aber auch jeder nicht Nerd. Bin zum wiederholten Male heute da gewesen Leute fahrt dahin!
