beer restaurant forst. typical local with local dishes. very good dishes. I recommend trying caneders and pork ribs that are really special. wide choice of dessert. of course great choice of beer forst. I recommend booking as it is very thrown as a restaurant. friendly and helpful staff. super recommended!

a beautiful place in which I have long wanted to go, unfortunately a little disappointed the expectations. in the menu there was little trentino apart some dish like canederli, which although I ate a little han disappointed for the too much bread used. the place is however very nice, a very positive note, the staff. the price congruous with what you ate.

great place in the historic center in bolzano. very large and well served dishes (cotoletta and crisps, for example, a portion that is enough for two people there are also very special dishes, such as boiled vegetables served together with sesame chicken. not too wide the variety of beers to the plug, but sufficiently appreciable for the pub and for the vrand that is represented (forst). courteous staff and probate to listen to requests. only flaw, true, bathroom. they often form queues outside it and this factor determines a minimum of chaos between tables.
