Foresta Restaurant - Carta

Our first experience of dining in Paris. Food and drinks were OK. Non-smoking doesn't stop smoke wafting inside.

great food, wonderful service .just right across gare du nord station, walking distance to mostly hotels closeby.

We ate here while staying in Paris and it was a lovely meal. We had pasta and risotto but the menu had plenty of choice. Ver carta

Great food, huge portions. lots of locals coming in for takeaway pizza while we were there. Highly recommended for a casual meal near the Gare du Nord.

We visited when staying nearby for tea. We booked a table online through trip advisor although there was no need as there were plenty of tables available. We ordered a pizza and a carbonara with tagliatelle pasta. Both were delicious! Good for quick and reasonably priced food!

After the disaster next door (Hippopotamus) the friendly waiter here was just what we wanted .................... Have you a table for two by the window please? Of course ..... right here And immediately we got settled with drinks and dinner on the way, just the no nonsense service we wanted after a busy day in Paris. Great burger by the way. Ver carta

Incredibly slow service, despite it being Sunday afternoon and pretty empty. Told them our visitors needed to get a train, but it still took 25 minutes from sitting down at the outside (dirty) table to get a drink. Happy hour advertised on board as buy 1 cocktail, 2nd half price - bought two cocktails only to be told that the offer was 'per person'. Very misleading. I pick up and drop off a lot of visitors at Gard du Nord - won't use this place again.

With an energetic crew that is friendly and funny, your evening will be a nice one when you dine here. The staff ensures you have a good time and the food is good. We sat outside to enjoy the lovely evening as we had our dinner. Pizza was good and fulfilling, atmosphere was nice with reasonable price. When your are in Gare du Nord, check out this place.... i guarantee you that the friendly staff will lighten up your mood. They have the best staff in all of Paris.

I was exhausted from a full day of hard touring. Decided to go to Foresta pizza as I could not walk any further. The waiter was exceptionally kind to me. Never upsold anything and when seeing how tired I was brought me a free coffee to go with my meal. Pizza was huge and very good. I was there for quite a while and saw how nice he was to even rude people. Made me feel so much better by the time I left. Would most certainly go there again when in Paris and recommend it to others. Ver carta
