Sono stata in questa Cantina/ Bistrot, poco tempo fà. Abbiamo fatto visita nelle Cantine con guida che ci ha spiegato le varie fasi del vino, molto disponibile e formata. Dopo di che abbiamo proseguito con la cena, dove abbiamo degustato per ogni piatto un vino diverso. È stata un'esperienza unica e dai sapori eccenzionali. Ottimi i vini che si possono degustare ed acquistare con ottimo qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo

Fortunately there are still places where traditional dishes, courtesy and service are at home. We ate with a group of friends on the occasion of the lunch of August, really kind service and great food. As a second dish there was a problem of cooking meat, but the master was impeccable in immediately remaking the flow and at the end of the lunch to apologize for the discomfort there was offered a bottle of wine and the bitters, to demonstration that can happen to be wrong, but kindness towards the customer always comes first of all. Super recommended!

Siamo stati al Fosco Bistrot, facendo la visita guidata in Cantina, dove la ragazza che ci ha accompagnato ci ha descritto il processo della vinificazione, affinamento ed imbottigliamento. Poi, Lei stessa insieme ad altri due colleghi ci hanno servito il Menù della Tradizione, con i vini in abbinamento. Cosa posso dire, Ottimo il cibo, di alta qualità e presentato molto bene, molto buoni i vini in abbinamento, ed un servizio molto professionale, gentile e cordiale. Interessanti i vini che si possono acquistare, con un buon rapporto Qualità/Prezzo. Sicuramente da consigliare e da ritornarci.

As far as the meal is concerned, I can only admit that I was proud to have taken the decision to give me a solitary dinner in this intimate and elegant bistro.
