Always a great welcome from friendly staff. Menu to suit everyone with some great themes such as tacos. Pizzas great too. Portions are big and great value. The drinks menu covers every taste. Lovely place to eat.

Terribly noisy, why so loud? Truly we could barely hear each other talk and the place was practically empty. Staff seemed bored. Food very average. Menu a right mix, not sure what it’s trying to be. Wouldn’t go again. It’s a shame as it looks good, has a fantastic drinks menu. Ver carta

Came here on a Tuesday night so was relatively quiet but still had a good atmosphere. Food choice was really varied. We went for 4 small plates between 2 which was plenty of food. The gnocchi was particularly good. Drinks were a bit expensive but overall good value. Would recommend

4 London Road always offers good value, but I was disappointed when I had to ask for a torch to read the menu (we were seated next to the pizza oven). Additionally, I was a bit let down when I mentioned it was my wife's birthday in the booking form, but there was no acknowledgment from the staff. It's disappointing when expectations are not met, especially compared to previous experiences.

Now that i've familiarised myself with the Menu after several visits recently, I know exactly what I want when i go with a pal. This is a great local venue. Only downside, the loud music makes it difficult for conversation. But I am getting old. The service is excellent, the Staff are polite attentive without being in your face the food arrives quickly. Just please, turn the music down a smidge ? I'll ask next time. Ver carta

Awful. I had high hopes for this restaurant when it first opened, but it was a huge disappointment. Despite the menu stating small plate/tapas style, the dishes took over forty minutes to come out, with no explanation. When we inquired about our food, the young server seemed flustered and unhelpful. The food itself was tasteless and poorly presented, as if the chefs were more interested in eating chips than cooking. The staff appeared inexperienced and unsure of themselves, leading to a lackluster service experience. I would never return to this place, not even for a drink. Save your money and go somewhere else.

My husband and friends went on 30th Dec 2023 we booked in advance arrived at 8pm was told to sit on a high table with bar stools clearly we were an inconvenience as they were getting ready for New Year’s Eve service appalling ignored most of the night the main meal was served to our friends myself and husband sat with nothing when they had finished there’s ours arrived with missing items stated on the menu when we asked for them they said oh we’ve ran out !! Over priced and very poor service we will never go there again !! We should have read the reviews before we came then perhaps we wouldn’t have come! The cocktails were lovely but sadly that is the only good thing to say about our experience. The staff with the exception of the manager were bored and had no clue what was going on, service was really slow and they acted like they’d rather be anywhere else but there and food was rubbish, cold and over priced! We were a party of 6 and the first meal came out a good 30 mins before the last meal which was then cold, when we queried this we were told it was because it’s Tapas!
