"It's always good to be surprised! We had the dance essay of the child in Castelfiorentino and completely blind we booked in the area at the Frai trattoria with La Forcella at dinner, since we do not live very close. The trattoria is easily reachable, in a very quiet place a few minutes outside Castelfiorentino. The environment is maintained well, simple and modern but at the same time elegant and welcoming. The dishes are amazing! Well presented and made as a rule of art. Satisfied portions and honest prices, really very honest. To try the fried cut, delicate and definitely interesting. The outlines are a feast, from artichokes to fried porcini to potatoes. The first are gourmet but also abundant. Good wine. The elephant ear, made as tradition wants, is immense! All right to coffee. And the service is courteous and are very prepared to explain the dishes and give suggestions. It is very difficult to find this type of quality, environment and service at prices so contained. In fact, I am sorry that at the time of payment, with the fact of the 2 different reservations La Forcella, we were a little bit to reason on the account, it was totally out of place on our part, only the justification is that we were tired after a long and tiring day.
