It is worth looking for this beautiful restaurant. A beautiful old building in rural surroundings with beautiful views, the food was of a very high standard with some interesting choices and we enjoyed all three courses.

We went to an evening where we were the only customers, so I understand why both the service and the fönshes of the food were not of high level... during a regular day I wouldn't rate positively microbial appetizers and sachet salad. Ver carta

Outstanding food, worth coming from Australia and experience it with the family to celebrate my son's birthday. Even supplied a delicious impromptu birthday cake for my son! Lovely presentation, setting is breathtaking with gorgeous mountainous views. Highly recommend and great service.

beautiful location on the slopes of the mountain morrone, which dominates the area with its size. green space outside that in summer must be fantastic. good cuisine, traditional with some eye strizza (not always succeeded) to modernity. very kind service, only prices, in short, an excellent experience.

I would say this restaurant is worth a visit. The scenery is absolutely fantastic, the old historic spaces are a great atmosphere. The food was very, very good. Especially the Abbruzzian meat specialities like arrosticini have been outstanding. The service has been okay and polite. The prices are quite expensive but worth this location and food. Frangio' has moved to a new location outside the historic center of gorgeous Sulmona with breathtaking views of Mt. Morrone and ample outside seating. Great locally sourced food and handmade pastas well worth the ride just outside of town. We were served promptly and given excellent service a good wine list; do not miss the hand made pastas. Inside is magnificent don't miss a look at the huge medieval well within the restaurant.

signal better recommend the entrance of the beautiful farmhouse. we were greeted by a very kind gentleman who made us sit in a rustic and well furnished room. we took two first (at the wild boar and a risotto) and two seconds (the stuffed quail and the pig) exceptional. perfect for presentations, kitchen and taste. also the wine glass has been updated. At the end, we were admired by a beautiful well located in the lobby. Really a pearl hidden this house. Good!

A beautiful farmhouse renovated at the foot of the mountain above the chain of the Morrone, beyond that of the Maiella from ancient history, inside is visible a beautiful deep well about forty meters, and beautiful rooms that have the only drawback to be quite dark, but the environment is however the strength of the structure. The kitchen convinces me little, one of the cooks has made experiences with the chef Niko Romito, that in Abruzzo is an institution, and as already observed elsewhere there are these gourmet ties that a palate not refined hard to appreciate. An opening with a cheese cannolo on a simil sauce too cold vignarola or saffron tortelli that colors a bit the dish and licorice... Ver carta
