Leonardo, the waiter, was very kind to us, the service was also lovely. at all times he was attentive to everything we needed, it is clear that we would came again

Great place to go with little ones. The kids menu is quite varied and had veggies involved. For adults you also get good and tasty options. Service was great! Leonardo was looking after our table and he was always helpful and a very welcoming attitude

Waiter was very understanding and helpful snd tried to help , but kitchen staff Absolute shocker , complaining then swearing and send out cold food , I ordered medium steak and got well done ... and I csn hear lady in the kitchen swearing and complaining , she didn't even wash her hands after smoking outside !!!! Never again

Went for lunch today with my partner and rhe food was incredible! Ordered the dirty dog which literally left us speechless and the Italian hot pizza which was great as always. The food was super freshly made and Katy was extremely lovely and helpful! Will definitely come again. Thank you to the whole team who was working today! Ver carta

Just like to say that the waiter called Leonard’s could not have done more to make our meal great. The food was not the best. Lots of items wrong or under overcooked. Kitchen mistakes. We still enjoyed ourselves as the waiter was very understanding and helpful. Get more Leonardos. The 5 stars are only for the staff member The food deserves no stars.

We came here as an alternative after leaving another local venue which was a disaster. I didn't want it to be a success as this is another venue where service seems to have slipped over the years. However, it was a really pleasant experience only made better by our fabulous server, Toby. Toby was very efficient, very friendly and remained calm despite having a very large party he was also seeing to during our whole time there. I thought this place was a bit of a write off but thanks to Toby, we will definitely reconsider Frankie and Benny's Surrey Quays as a first choice restaurant in the future. Thank you!

The manager that arrived just as we were about to leave and the young male server saved me from refusing to pay full stop. I will never visit a Frankie and Benny’s again for the following reason: 1. Terrible food: awful tasting and hard hot dog, Chips tasted like they were fried in stale oil (is that even a thing? . Overly crispy and overly sauced chicken wings. Weird tasting burger that should have been succulent and tasty due to the range of flavours; nope: dry and and tasted as if it was deep fried left half and most of the chips.
