very quiet, the man that served us was so lovely i’m not sure of his name but it was really nice.

Went for breakfast, some items were cold and the pancakes were drenched in syrup rather than having a side jug. Bacon was nice.

Bad atmosphere, very noisy with common people. Food was very disappointing, really expected better. Waitress attending was friendly and good. Waitress delivering was rather the opposite. Cost us £74 for 2.5 people and couldn't wait to get out.

Went for breakfast the server we had was great he couldn't do enough for you although the food portion was tiny and almost cold. I had poached egg and advocado on muffins, the egg was almost boiled and barely a teaspoon of avocado to cover two doughy muffins

This was not a dine-in experience, but a delivery through Just Eat. We have dined at the Giltbrook location many times and have had a few issues, but they were satisfactorily resolved at the time. However, our delivery experience was terrible. The food was cold and burnt, and it seemed like the driver must have gone off-road because our pizza toppings were all over the base.

We came yesterday(Tuesday 14th May around 1pm) for a meal. The guy serving us was so lovely made us feel so comfortable. I didn't get his name but he wasn't english he's great! He really made our visit worth coming he's a credit to the restaurant. The food was amazing tasty. My only thing was the coleslaw wasn't homemade it was like the supermarket kind but still okay. The strawberry milkshake was amazing! Look forward to our next visit

Myself& my auntie came to Frankie and bennies today , we was created at the door and was told it was a 30 minute wait however it all came out in 20 minutes, I think this was as it leaves us customer nicely surprised for it coming out earlier. A lovely lady who I didn’t get chance to catch the name off she had a couple tattoos on her arm , and long hair wish I could give her the credit so deserved she was absolutely lovely and took amazing care off off both ! A massive thankyou

We came here for my sister’s 18th, which was the first time in years, and it definitely didn’t disappoint; food is lovely, prices are fair and the staff are friendly. There is a wide range of food and drink on the menu and the food arrived quickly after ordering. My sister got a complimentary ice cream with a candle for her birthday as the staff sung to her which was a lovely gesture (although she was a little embarrassed! . Mark was especially lovely and made us laugh whilst we were there! We will be back again soon.

My partner ordered the sirloin steak, comes with onion rings, mushrooms, a half girlled tomato and skin on fries, with peppercorn sauce. After waiting a while for the food to come we were informed they had run out of peppercorn sauce. Not a big issue; my partner opted for the garlic and herb butter instead. On receiving our food my partner noticed no mushrooms on his plate, asked our server Mark who went to find out why he didn’t get them… that’s because they had run out of them and had not bothered to pass that information on to the customer, until they asked why! Not great service in my eye. Ordered puddings to take away and again my partner asked for lemon meringue without cream, got home...
