Come here for a works do last week, quality food and quality service. Very friendly staff always wanting to help out. I had been a few times before and will definitely go again!

Faruma Palace is always my go to restaurant! Been here several times and it never disappoints! Staff are so lovely and friendly and the food is amazing. Best Chinese restaurant I’ve been to.

Came in tonight for a family’s birthday. Everything was amazing from the food to the staff. Every single staff member that worked tonight could not do enough for us and were so accommodating. Thank you everyone!

Just been for a birthday meal for my partner and the food was outstanding. Very tasty and piping hot. The service was immaculate and they couldn't tend to us enough. Highly recommend and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you

Tasteless. Salt and pepper chips were completely flavourless, just chips and vegetables no seasoning at all. The chips themselves weren’t even good they were really hard and chewy. The tofu was awful, again no flavour. Delivery times are very long and food arrived cold. Wont be ordering from here again. Rubbish food for a high price. Not worth the money in the slightest.

I am allergic to onions and MSG. All Chinese meals/restaurants have always left them out for me and they have never had a problem with it. This place said they wouldn't do it and that only the soup didn't have it in. It appears the food is not done fresh and already made up. The prawn crackers were tasteless and greasy. They didn't seem bothered about us, so we paid for the drinks and made us pay for the prawn crackers. The service was appalling. Will never go there again

was great. going down both food and service. missing items from delivery orders. averaging 1.5 hours for delivery on busier days. prices gone up a bit. avoid the salt n pepper chips. not even close to how they should be or even how they used to be here. shame as this was our favorite and the website ordering was good but now it's not always available and with the missing items in delivery, not really worth the risk. hopefully improves with time. we'll be trying other places

First time we’ve been here tonight. Didnt book a table just did a walk in. They were very accommodating. The service was fantastic throughout the evening. Very friendly and helpful staff Food was unbelievable. We had lots of starters as we always do and nothing was too much trouble. When ever the plates were empty they kept coming over and asking if we wanted anything else. Will definitely be returning. Thank you for a fantastic evening with fantastic food and great customer service

Wait 1 hr and 20 minutes for our order. Food came cold and hard, chips are dry coĺd and hard and over cooked and rice is cold and hard chicken balls are over cooked and hard! We are regulars who order take out often and come on to eat and bring friends we have always spoken highly about Furama, its usually great but its disgusting tonight and has really put us off our meal and was a waste of money even my 6 year old son didn't like the chips or chicken ball they were so hard and dry i can not explain. How you can let this leave the restaurant it beyond me. Poor standards tonight !! Unhappy customers
