every year in the januar is the visit in the brains obligatory. so far we have never been disappointed! excellent eating and delicious beer!

we came out of the badgebook with a good certificate. it was no problem to reserve a table at short notice and also our voucher was accepted by the friendly service. we ate back with late and sweet. the meat was brilliant, super-sweet and perfectly fried, the sweet still crisp, the sose a tick too salty, but together with the late zle exactly right. before there was another amuse, was also delicious. the ambiente is cozy with high quality deko. the only thing I missed is a fabric napkins. there were only some papers, that somehow didn't fit.

the restaurant to the brain is an elegant small restaurant near the center of the city. after the long flight from atlanta to stuttgart, my wife and I stood out a bit and decided to have a light lunch in a restaurant near our hotel. the gas house to the brain was a perfect choice. I enjoyed the mush and shrimp ragout with noodles, and my wife had the sourded with pork sausage. ok, so it wasn't the light, but it was delicious! we also had a glass-cooled yeast on the hahn. the price was also reasonable: about 18 dollars each. the staff was helpful and friendly and were good for my efforts to speak German. we thoroughly enjoyed this great start on our visit.
