Then the inn is the ideal place for the rose in the Odenwald behind Weinheim an der Bergstrasse. The Frankfurt Heidelberg motorway is just a few kilometres away. In the rose not only the visitors of the beautiful Kurpfalz live. There are also industrialists, artists and publishers from all over the region. Local politicians and sports and music associations also meet there: The entire spectrum of society. The liberal and open attitude of the host family makes it possible. And especially foreigners Americans or Dutch like to find German cosiness. Gastronomy ranges from farmed sausage to delicate lumbar vertebrae with mushrooms to delicious ridges with cranberries (in the hunting season in autumn). The barrel beer originates from a traditional Odenwälder brewerei, and the wines originate mainly from the cultivation areas in Baden and the Palatinate.
