Bad food. Unfriendly operation. Never again! A star is still too well rated. We'll never enter this place again.

Review is for picked up carving during lockdown. Schnitzel were very delicious. The Schnitzel came to the pan only after I was on site. So super fresh. When the phone asked when to come, there were no crowds.

Been to Zillerhof for the first time on Sunday. Very rustic furnishings, looking at both waitresses, as we were the only not regular guests and strong kitchen odour were the first impressions. I've been to Zillerhof for dinner several times. The map is very extensive for a small inn, focus on Bavarian cuisine, but also fish and pasta dishes. The dishes are freshly prepared, the quality feels somewhat above average, the prices are reasonable. The facility has already seen some better days, but nothing you would call a village boazn.

Were there with friends in the beer garden yesterday at dinner. I ordered hunter's carvings and there were three evenly large slices of meat, so my impression was that it was finished bought goods. The Zillerhof is one of the few Bavarian economies that still exist. The food is quite good bourgeois home cooking and the restaurant is regularly well visited, with consumption in coronary times, there is less going on. I hope the nice innkeepers will survive this difficult time.
