Staff who were off shift drinking and swearing in the corner table ruined the night. Food was over cooked. Asked for Medium rare. Sever well done.

I really enjoy their burgers that you can buy in supermarkets, so thought we would try the restaurant. We were promptly shown to our table which was sticky, with seats horribly stained and covered in food crumbs. Disgusting. I'm sure the burgers would have been... Ver carta

Tonight, my partner and I went to this restaurant. The service was excellent. The manager sat down with us to assist us in placing our order through the app as we had a discount. All of the staff were very pleasant. The food was delicious too! We had a great time and will definitely return.

Very disappointed this was the first time at this restaurant and although the staff were Bernice the actual place is very shabby and tired looking. The cleanliness was poor and we waited quite a while for our food which when it came it was lukewarm and on a totally inadequate sized plate. All in all not a great experience.

I went here with my partner on a Saturday evening for a bite to eat. The restaurant has a nice buzz to it and we were given a reallt friendly welcome by Ashlea and seated quickly. Ashlea was very attentive and helped us with anything we needed, she made the dining experience at GBK enjoyable as she was very cheerful and bubbly. The food was lovely! Thanks. Ver carta

We called ahead to GBK before our visit and the staff member we spoke to was extremely helpful and remembered our call. Although we forgot their name, they made us feel very welcome. The food arrived promptly, cooked just as we requested (well done, etc.) and, most importantly, tasted delicious. The standout dish was the onion rings, the best we have had in a long time. While this did not affect our overall experience, we agree with others that some of the decor, especially the yellow leather seating, could use an update. We were so impressed by the food and the front-of-house staff member who served us that it would be a shame if this deterred people from visiting. We will definitely return...

While strolling through Liverpool One, my partner and I decided to dine at this particular restaurant. I ordered the American cheese burger, while my partner opted for the classic Chicken. As a chef with 47 years of experience, I have prepared countless fresh burgers both professionally and at home. However, I must say that the burgers here were the best I have ever tasted. The recipe, which includes a blend of three cuts of beef, resulted in a crumbly yet flavorful burger that was cooked to perfection. Arrived, greeted straight away and allowed to pick a table to sit at. We sat down and it was explained either order at till or on app. Told they have run out on certain burgers. We ordered via the app, which was a little bit a faff but managed in end. Used the toilets, not very tidy, lack of toilet paper. Food came quite quickly but our drinks didn't come till half way through food after asking for them. Asked for changes on my burger but came with the item I didn't want.
