The staff and food were excellent.I was with my family and was our first time and sure will not be the last one .

Just Wow. Service to food. The food is absolutely delicious, service with a smile too. Definitely worth a visit and 2nd and 3rd.

Staying in an airbnb appartment visiting London with friends we discovered this restaurant. The staff was absolutely fabulous and also helpfull to cook something for one friend needing to avoid some ingredients. If it wouldn't be so far (we are Belgian) we would certainly come back!!

We went there for a birthday celebration, place looks smart contemporary and cool even it's not the same spot that it used to be as they relocate at the place next door. Service was flawless the waitress was exceptional and the food delicious we would definitely coming back for another treat.

This is a very appealing restaurant a little away from the bustle of the main town centre. It has modern decor with nice features such as the decorative tiles on the floor. Service was friendly and the food was fabulous. One of us loved the Moussaka while the other really enjoyed Pastichio. Both meals were tasty and filling. We also loved the half bottle of French red wine on the menu. We'd highly recommend this restaurant. Ver carta

Have been to Genzo several times, all I can say is it is clean, the staff are very pleasant and the food is ok. I always have the Tara as starter then Chicken skewer with rice finished with rice pudding. There are other nice things on the menu but I stay safe and just eat what I like. Last visit was on a Sunday in Jan 2023 and both my wife and I felt it quiet cold in the restaurant, especially when someone came in and opened main door.

I can’t even tell you how good or bad the food was just because the service was so shocking. As soon as we walked in there was a look of disdain on the waitresses faces like they were angry we’d come in and disturbed their day, every time we asked for something we were greeted with a huff. The women’s toilets were locked for a long time and they couldn’t seem to tell us why so my wife and my daughter had to use the men’s. With the exclusion of one waitresses all the staffed seemed pissed off we were there. Rubbish. Won’t go again.

This used to be a wonderful family restaurant with excellent food and a cosy ambience, so we were disappointed when some years ago it downsized to a smaller separate adjoining building and sublet the original restaurant area to other businesses. However, in the smaller Genzo restaurant, the good food and warm family atmosphere remained. We booked Genzo online recently, only to find on arrival that the family restaurant was closed down. There was a notice in the window asking customers to go next door to the glitzy, unattractive sublet business, which has an uninviting atmosphere and decor, is usually empty, has different staff and no doubt a different chef.
