We love Castleton and Hope Valley. Absolutely spot on venue for overnight catch up with friends. The staff, service, food and room were top quality. They especially catered well for my gluten free needs for evening meal and breakfast. Brilliant and would highly recommend. The bed was sooo comfy too. Ver carta

Loved it. Was looking for a warm, cosy pub after a day hiking. Was pouring outside and they were accepting reservation-only for dinner, but managed to fit me in. Food was great, service was lovely, and the atmosphere was perfect. Thank you! : Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

We have just spent a weekend at the george inn .. our room was lovely , very comfy bed fabulous views from bedroom window .. The staff were very welcoming and helpful , chatty freindly and hard working , The 3 meals we had were excellent .We were encouraged to join in the quiz on friday evening which was very enjoyable , we will be back .
