"came for bark doner kebab as there is no other place in swansea where you can get it. the price was increased in a week by £1 (from £5.99 to £6.99), which surprised me when I had a last week in the april. but this. times when I politely asked to have the meat hot and crispy as usual with all salat and sauces separated, told me young lady, they would charge me £1 more for it? so. £1 more on the top £6.99 only for salat and sauces separated?! who pays on earth £7.99 for a beef doner kebab? another very important thing to mention is that the amount of meat slices went up filling the meal with more salat instead of meat! have never heard anything similar to pay £1 more for salad and sauces separated. Finally, I refused to pay this shameful price and let German thunder starve. another shameful and disgusting experience. unfortunately there is no big zero to rate them!"

The food I ordered was absolutely un edible. The veggie kebab was frozen. I was utterly shocked. The rest of it including chips with cheese was freezing. Upsetting, frustrating ect...

Twice I’ve ordered from there and twice they’ve completed messed up the orders. Paid for extra items in the kebab which wasn’t included and the food was cold when delivered. Poor service

As the phone shows rotten lettuce that's not a say rotten; that's passed through your company that's what I had to see I'm so glad I looked inside my burger before that got inside of my stomach that would of made...me sick for sure

beautiful portion food, good taste and delivered before the quoted time, what is not to like? my wife is a great fan of the doritos doner burger and the vegetarian version was also great. everything that was delivered was packed very well in...proper size boxes.

order kebab meal, at the return to house with the take there were no chips and even tho I extra paid to have the great meal, there was hardly any meat within the apology for a kebab. No one who adheres to the current Covid rules in the restaurant, contains the personal and especially the delivery car or just the driver. must be better.

I order the donner boxes. Just the right amount of kebab and fries. Comes with their 3 signature sauces. They sell glass bottles of soft drinks which is great since soft drinks taste better in glass bottles. Never had a problem with our orders. Sometimes...the staff can be agitated by each other but I've never seen them be this way with customers. They always seems busy. We prefer to eat in than takeaway. For a great tasting kebab, GDK is the place.

first experience in the German donator kebab and arrived who would like to watch the menu at least. we were met by a server called rithika who was just gone with incredibly rude service as if she was in any kind of big hurry. all those who were asked about the order were very rude and were not at all clear what the meal would contain, for example it was not clear what sauce would be contained. the entire customer service was quite unpleasant. to do with this service, I would expect a much better quality of food also.

Love the food, but seem to get it wrong 75% of the time. Last night they included the salad I didn’t want, and it clearly wasn’t the extra 100g ‘go large’. This has now happened to me around 6 out of 10 delivered. Food is...always cold on delivery, which is easy to rectify in the microwave, but really should be warm on arrival it’s an expensive kebab and they really need to get their act together. On calling the restaurant on one occasion it was answered by a young girl having a great laugh proceeding then to try and finish my every sentence. A bit of training or better recruitment may be an idea.
