"Love this pub!!!! This is our second visit to Pogerola and of course our first stop was to see Gerry and his family. We are Irish and know a good pub when we visit one. And Gerry’s is one of the best on the planet. He is there every day and takes a genuine interest in all his guests. There is always a warm welcome as soon as you step through the door. We have eaten at Gerry’s on numerous occasions and the food is excellent. I love the seafood pasta and my hubby enjoys the pizza. The food is authentic, well presented and delicious. We have eaten breakfast each morning since arriving at Gerry’s and enjoyed the magnificent views from the patio. The coffee is exceptional and always served with a smile. The atmosphere here is exactly what you want from an authentic Italian welcome. Even other patrons are warm and welcoming of each other. We like to start and finish our days at Gerry’s. After a long day sightseeing it is so nice to return to the quiet village of Pogerola and drop in with Gerry for a cool beer and a chat about our day. Gerry has so much knowledge about the area and can help with anything we ask. We always leave each time feeling like one of the family. What a fun little joint. Irish pub in the Amalfi coast, there’s nothing better! Everyone working there was very nice and food was promptly made (got 2 pizzas to go and they both were fabulous). We started or first night in Pogerola, Amalfi in Garry ended last night with Garry's. Gnocchi lasagna will never taste the same again. Dairies!!! Absolutely loved this family restaurant. The atmosphere was very pleasant and refreshing and allows you to have time with those around you. Thanks for our son's birthday. It was so nice of you. Gerry's is wonderful and so is Gerry and his family who run this family pub. The food is quality, above what you'd get in a standard pub. The view is amazing, it was nice to go from ocean views to mountain peaks emerging from the clouds all around you. The terrace is great and you will want to spend all day there, it's so quiet and peaceful, a haven away from the touristy areas. Our hotel was arranging transport for us, since we were about 5km away and Gerry offered to come get us. What a cool guy. We opted for the walk back, given it's all down hill.
