Another absolutely fantastic stay in this wonderful hotel, lovely room, fabulous food and the staff offer excellent service, can’t wait for the next visit.

My three friends and I had a wonderful afternoon tea at this restaurant. The decor was beautiful, and the service was excellent and very friendly. I would definitely recommend it.

Had fab Afternoon tea here...everything was freshly made...staff are amazing too..nothing too much trouble...top up of tea and coffee offered...well worth a visit if you fancy something other than fish& chips Ver carta

The service at this restaurant is incredibly friendly, the food is delicious, and the place is very clean. It is located in a prime spot with stunning views of the bay and is just a short distance from the old town. I highly recommend it.

Booked in for an events evening, lovely hotel with lovely views over the bay from the front facing bedrooms. Great atmosphere in the room downstairs after an enjoyable meal. Well worth looking out for thier events evenings, easy walk into town and beaches

Location is fab with panoramic views of the beach. Service at the hotel is excellent, the staff really make you feel welcome. We didn't stay at the hotel but we ate in the restaurant, Sunday lunch was excellent, we were a group of 14 and everyone said the same. Well done team! Ver carta

Lovely room but dinner was so disappointing. We complained about the food but nothing was done. We told reception next morning as they asked how stay was. Told us nothing they could do we should have told restaurant last night. Explained that I did but they did nothing. We paid £18 for an awful lamb dinner!!!

Located conveniently just above the beautiful South Beach, this hotel has been wonderfully renovated and now has a sophisticated appearance. It is a charming and traditional seaside hotel, offering understated simplicity and practicality. While it may not have trendy decorations, it excels in providing friendly service, cleanliness, and a classic atmosphere.

Just had to write this review... I bought a voucher for my parents to have afternoon tea, whilst on holiday, as a father days gift... They've just been today and they said that it was amazing the best afternoon tea they've ever had and that everything was perfect... They sent me photos and I have to say it does look amazing and for the cost, I am very impressed... Thank you Giltar Hotel, as my parents had a lovely afternoon and this will get me some brownie points But seriously we'll done, as my parents do have high standards, so you've done well. Ver carta
