Excellent food .. nice Owners. We found the dishes to be a little too salty but this is our taste , I believe the region like it this way . Overall great food and lovely place Ver carta

The restaurant is beautifully set out and furnished. The food was excellent, with plenty of interesting choices based on local ingredients. The portion sizes were generous and service very attentive.

What a gem! The food is incredibly delicious creatively prepared and presented. The artichoke appetizer was great tender and tasty. Pastas and the desserts yum. All in all a great, leisurely dining experience.

The food here was so delicious I cannot wait to go back. They just did things correctly right down to the little glass of Prosecco to start with to the very tasty sorbet before your main course. An exceptional restaurant in beautiful Bolsena. Ver carta

Fantastic food, excellent ambiance. We had a 4 course meal, all was very good, The portion were a bit to much, definitly when you have a 4 course meal. The portions on the plate may be a bit smaller. We had the comparing wine, 3 glasses of white wine and a sweet wine with the dessert. All were very nice and well comparing, although it would be a suggestion to ask the customer if he prefers a red wine by the meat. As extra we got a fabulous amuse with a comparing prosecco, We recommend this restaurant, go and find out a bit off fine dining in Bolsena.
