"we were in the second place, eating was as always very good, but this time the calf liver was too much. the offer only ages and only in the menu area (time window 9 months). the service apparently has no training in matters of customer orientation, empathy and natural friendliness. but really unpleasant: guests, staff and cook smoke directly in front of the entrance door. this remained permanently open at both visits, so that the zigarette odour penetrated into the dining room and not in small doses. sorry, something like this is not portable, not at all at preisen von ca. 55 euro per person. the culinary pleasure comes completely out of the zigarette smell and what still negatiw noticed: a rebooking fee of 3.50 euro if I had instead of nice x dear sweet y, oha. the wine offer shrunk from year to year. and/or is not inserted in the web. I will probably not go back to the old school again, I don't want a zigarettenqualm as a supplement."
