Service was very slow . Food was mediocre. We had to ask for dad’s eat free discount dispute it being obvious

The food was excellent, but the portion sizes could be a bit larger, and I'm not a big eater myself. They also have a fantastic selection for kids.

My daughters and I are big fans of the Giraffe restaurant chain. We always felt it was a pity that the closest locations in Harrow were either in Belsize Park or elsewhere. Ver carta

the manager was extremely helpful. I was with a group of 16 people and had booked separately to eat there and she managed to put me with the other 13 people. service was excellent and eating very tasty.

we stayed long waiting and no one approached us to drink or order the opportunity. even after the original order, we had to follow the waiters who visit us consistently. the food was delicious and good value for money

I was initially hesitant about the fact that the restaurant was located inside a Tesco, but I ended up having a pleasant experience. The staff informed us about the menu items that weren't available, and I appreciated the complimentary meal for Father's Day. Everyone was very friendly, and the service was impressive, especially given how busy it was that morning. Ver carta

The service was slow, and some items from the breakfast menu were unavailable, but we weren't informed of this before placing our orders. I've often dined at the Milton Keynes location without any problems. I would never return to the Watford branch. It was a terrible experience; the only silver lining was that, since it was Father's Day, dads ate for free, which improved the value for money a bit.

visited this place to lunch. eating was cold gland and openly not worth the money. the additional service fee should be optional, but not in this restaurant they take free. had to ask for him for the poor. service and eating that was pre-cooked frozen. toilets are dirty, which is terrible in a food business. had 2 special needs children with us one in a child car and they were not helpful or at least care.

The time stated on OpenTable advised they were taking bookings up to 6 pm... However after I booked the table I received a call from the restaurant at 17:45 stating that they were closing at 17:30. I had already made the journey down to the restaurant with my family of 6 and we were very disappointed and had to find somewhere else to eat. They had apparently changed their opening times a month ago but hadn't updated the booking system. Very poor service Ver carta
