"Never one to write restaurant reviews but very disappointed. It is very interesting to see from past reviews others were also treated in the same way and shoved by the door if the restaurant preferred the look of other customers (generally if you are over 60 and wearing tweed you get priority. Laughable. Booked a table a good few weeks before a planned anniversary dinner, requested a particular side of the restaurant so we would not be sitting near the door, which was agreed by the restaurant . On arrival the waiter gave our table to a couple who arrived at the same time. NONE of the staff would do anything about it, they didn’t care, and we were put near the door, where I had requested not to be seated! . We decided to leave as we were quite upset with the treatment and lack of care we received. We will not return and will not recommend to anyone. Staff are unable to handle simple routines, this really shows the difference of a slick and professional restaurant with great customer service and places like this utterly useless!"

"Beautiful food aside what a lovely owner. It speaks volumes when one of the take away memories was the quality of service and social interactions. This is a proper French restaurant. All the staff members mother tongue is French. A healthy number of the clientele were French too, which speaks volumes for the quality of the adopted cuisine. The food was excellent, an amuse bouche was followed by seasonal mussels and one of prettiest, and delicate desserts I’ve had the pleasure of eating. An enjoyable French experience in Cheltenham. Why head to France? Make sure you book well in advance."

"Came here for bottomless raclette and it did not disappoint. Raclette comes with charcuterie and potatoes and both were tasty. The cheese used in raclette was also tasty not just some average cheese. As far as bottomless goes it really was, the waitresses were always around and keeping an eye and the plates were free flowing. Definitely wasn 't a case of it 's bottomless but if we ignore you for 20 minutes you only get 3 plates. I stopped after 5 and honestly couldn 't eat anymore. A shout out to the chocolate dipping pudding too absolutely did not need it after all that cheese but was equally just as tasty, very much wanted to drink the dipping chocolate."

"Excellent from start to finish. We loved it. Starters, main courses, desserts. Everything was perfect (even the artichoke coffee dessert...yes, really). The wine was also very good. The restaurant is both easy to access in the city center but quiet next to a church. A downside: there is no atmosphere, the decor is non-existent, no identity emerges. The atmosphere therefore depends on you and the company you choose But the important thing is on the plate"

"Visitamos como una familia de cuatro por primera vez y debo decir que no nos decepcionó. La comida estuvo excelente. de nosotros teníamos el menú del almuerzo del curso, que tenía una excelente relación calidad-precio sin comprometer la presentación o el sabor. Mi esposo comió el bistec y dijo que era uno de los mejores que había probado. El personal fue muy amable y atento. Muy agradable charlar con uno de los chefs después de nuestra comida.Los cócteles sin alcohol también fueron muy buenos! Volveremos a visitar la próxima vez que estemos en la ciudad"
