the service was on the point that was intentionally beautiful and the scones were the best I ever had. thanks for the warm welcome. my friends and I enjoyed the afternoon very much. will definitely visit more often.

we went to the afternoon and afternoon tea in the restaurant glaze and the service was excellent. grace was attentive and friendly so our experience was beautiful. the fish and chips were very good and the burger was a generous part. would return for the service. thank you grace! Ver carta

We waited 40 minutes just to place our order, even though we had made an advanced reservation during off-peak hours. Our main courses arrived only 2 minutes before the starters, and the staff refused to keep either course warm for us. The food was decent, but overall the experience was terrible.

On a Saturday evening, our stay at this restaurant was absolutely fantastic. The staff were very welcoming and made our experience a pleasant one. The dinner in the restaurant was exceptional and the breakfast on Sunday was just as good. Marshall took very good care of us and Bridget was also excellent. The breakfast had a fantastic selection of food that catered to everyone's preferences. We will definitely be staying here again.

The restaurant was bustling with activity, and all the waitstaff seemed to be in a rush, leading me to believe they might be understaffed. I felt a bit sorry for them as they were clearly doing their best. Our food arrived in a timely manner, but I noticed a few tables near us had to wait a bit longer. No one came to check on us to see if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. Although we didn't receive everything we expected from the menu, we still enjoyed our meal. Ver carta

The manager, Marshall, was extremely welcoming, polite, and helpful during our weekend breakfast shift. He went above and beyond to assist my friend and me, even checking in to see if we needed anything else during our meal. The service was excellent. I also want to express my gratitude to Sabu for resolving an issue with our pre-booked afternoon tea. Although the booking hadn't been communicated to the staff, she managed to make it happen. The cakes were delicious. This isn't the first time the restaurant has been unaware of a booking, indicating a lack of communication between departments in this area. Despite this, the hotel is lovely overall with friendly and accommodating staff.

We visited the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon shortly after the restrictions were lifted. Despite both the Open Table and Aqua Bar websites indicating that afternoon tea was available, we were informed upon arrival that it needed to be pre-booked and was only offered to spa customers, which was disappointing. The menu was sufficient and the food was tasty. However, the service was slow and we never received a drinks menu, possibly due to limited staff during the Covid times. Although there was a nice cocktail list, some garnishes were missing. The location on the patio was lovely, peaceful, and warm in the sun. I would consider visiting again when things are fully open, but not before.

in the frame of a virgin experience we had a night in the crowne plaza marlow, which included a three-course dinner and breakfast. the meal was absolutely delicious with four choices per cursor. the presentation and taste were of a very high standard and a very pleasant surprise for a hotel restaurant. beautiful supplements made it extra special like camramelized nuts and a macron with the tarte tatin for dessert- see photo. I dropped a star because unfortunately the service did not meet the high standard of the meal. we waited a long time to give our order, our starter came before our drinks, the waiter had to be reminded of our water and there was a long waiting period before they took our...
