Advised 1.15 hour delivery time, took over 2 hours. Called to find out where it was and was told they were outside. this was a lie and then they hung up on me. Food was cold and not great. Charged almost £10 delivery fee. Would not reccomend

Very poor quality food, aside from the chicken chow main that was lovely. Stale prawn crackers, extremely chewy “crispy chilli beef”. Egg fried rice was hard and pretty much was just like boiled rice. Sweet and sour had far too much vinegar in, I opened the tub and it filled the room, couldn’t eat it.

Please don’t waste your money. Was hour and half late and when finally arrived totally disgusting, cold, congealed, even the dog turned his nose up!! Would never use again disgusting and complete waste of money!!! When it took so look I tried to cancel order through restaurant but it just rang and rang and they never picked up Ver carta

I used to enjoy this takeaway, but the quality has declined significantly. The food used to be delicious and fresh, but now it is greasy and the meat is stale, burnt, and tough. Even the prawn crackers are stale and unappetizing. I will not be ordering from here again. I would give 0 stars if possible, but I had to settle for 1 star.

Made a order through Deliveroo. Food never arrived and they had no qualms in taking the money from my bank account. Tried ringing the number but it’s usually busy, when the number was not busy, the phone would ring until the call ended. Seems as though this place just tries to scam you for your money, keep it for yourself and go elsewhere! Absolutely appalling. DO NOT order from this establishment.

Quoted a delivery time of over an hour through Deliveroo but still ordered as it’s NYE. Received an ‘out for delivery’ notification just before this time was due but the food never arrived. No attempts to deliver or contact us were made and despite us making multiple calls to multiple numbers they didn’t even bother to answer the phone. How they can ever claim to have won any award beyond me, absolute scam avoid at all costs. Ver carta

Normally can't fault golden dragon meals been eating there for years but I'm sure they have changed the chef as last 3 weeks they been making the curry's so spicy hot that you can't eat them. We let them know and ordered another curry and it was watery and tastless I had special curry only had one prawn in it but use to have 3 then 2 now only one gutted as that's my favourite part of the meal. Just hope it goes back to normal again I give it one more go.

This was our first time trying a vegan Chinese takeout, and we were very impressed! We ordered the vegan crispy chicken with sweet and sour sauce (9/10), vegan pork balls (very crispy but no 'meat' in the center) (6.5/10), vegan chicken balls (7.5/10), and mixed vegetable Singapore chow mein (9/10). The service was friendly and welcoming, and we opted for collection where the food was ready for us when we arrived. Overall, we had a great food and service experience here and would definitely recommend it.

This takeaway doesn't deserve even a star. We waited an hour and a half for the food, and when I phoned them the first time chasing my food they said it was with the driver and on its way. I phoned them 15 minutes later as the food still hadn't arrived and they are only 2 miles down the road. They said they would call me back and when I asked them to confirm my telephone number they hung up. I tried several times later to ring them with no answer. Luckily we ordered through Deliveroo so should get a refund. What makes it worse is we are on holiday in Swansea, and this is our first night here so we have not had a great experience so far.
