The restaurant was overwhelmed with guest. Staff did not know how to manage so many guests and we’re not friendly. Very disappointed by the experience. Lack of good service. Food was good, views were great but left a bad taste in my mind of Taormina.

The food and ambiance were amazing however the service was terrible, We were rushed. The waiters served the first course and second course together. My grandchildren, 4 snd 10 years old, received their meal after we all completed our dinner. We had to ask several times for more water to be poured. My granddaughter never got her crayons and the cost was absurd. I would not have minded the expense of the service was good.

We visited the restaurant for a birthday dinner and it was the most incredible experience as well as absolutely beautiful food. The location and setting is stunning and the staff made us feel like a million dollars! Our server Lucia was particularly amazing so attentive, friendly and really wanted us to have a great time (which we of course did! The food is excellent, and yes it is expensive but completely worth it for a special occasion or treat as it is an great experience as well as a lovely meal. Ver carta
