We came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Nice atmosphere, good service, very nice food. Will definitely come back

Had bought tea with Prosecco as a Christmas gift this afternoon. Very enjoyed and even managed to take some of the exhibitions while we were there.

We came to this restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The atmosphere was lovely, the service was good, and the food was very nice. We will definitely be coming back again.

The venue (in the museum) is of course unique. My wife and I were meeting a friend that we hadn't seen for 10 years. The waiting staff were perfect leaving us to chat well beyond the desert. The food was very good and reasonably priced.

Was given as a birthday gift. Absolutely loved it with the fiancé. Fantastic, elegant service, attentive waiters and food was superb! Great portions too! No rush eating in an incredible space! I even got a special birthday cake from the restaurant at the end! Amazing amazing amazing!

A catastrophe after confirming the booking I had assumed that everything I had to do and did not have the Groupon Voucher with me. So we had to pay again. You need a warning on your Open Table form to say that the payment has not been made and that all vouchers etc. must be submitted on day

Whenever we are spending the whole day at the British museum, then this is the place we choose to dine at. It saves time (leave and re-enter and cross security checkpoints) If you reserve, you get a table at your appointed time, no waiting for a table like the members room or the cafe downstairs. Its very clean and they serve actual freshly prepared hot meals here. Not just soup sandwich coffee cake.

We were in London for the weekend and chose to book an exhibition in the British Museum followed by lunch. We were efficiently taken to our table glad to sit down! Waitress checked whether my choice WAS gluten free. We should have asked about the need for a side order but our chips arrived promptly before our mains cooled and the meal was enjoyable. Good value and interesting wines by the glass. Second time we have used the restaurant and would do so again if visiting London and the excellent Museum.

A very unimaginative menu. Lamb stew, fish and chips, hamburger. All things a moderate cook can prepare at home. Certainly not ‘creative cuisine’. A tasty shrimp starter but not a classic Potted Shrimp. This was explained, but why not call it what it is? Shrimp with onions and herbs. I chose fish and chips. Fish good, chips good, baked on plate one dollop of pea purée, not good. Partner had ‘grey’ duck. Uninspiring. Come on. Look through some cook books. People won’t mind paying the money if it’s imaginative, well cooked and served hot.
