an ideal restaurant for a family meal and especially for those who love meat because the fish I did not like. The very good mascarpone lemon pie.

I don't always digest their food very well, which otherwise tastes good. It is well prived provided you are signed up for their monthly promotions. Staff are friendly but struggle to be available when it gets really busy. Children are well catered for with the colouring exercises which is a bit of a brainwave to be honest more chain restaurants should follow this example.

Business wise I visit a lot of restaurants, with ups and downs of course. This one is in the top 3 of WORST restaurants I've been. We ordered salmon which was still raw and the spare ribs should have a special marinade, which was only from the smell, absolutely not attractive to eat. We decided after 1 bite to stop and informed the crew about the quality. The manager was informed and with his back turned to us (he didn't dare to look at us) he ordered his crew to tell us to pay the full amount an leave. Undoubtedly an act of a desperate manager, knowing his quality of food delivery is far below acceptable. Shame..... Ver carta
