The nuances: in the third plate, foie gras still, as in the mouth, but in greater quantity, certainly worked differently, but it weighed on the stomach and was redundant. The deer: the cooking of the imposed meat, which does not correspond to my wife. Fish snack: clearly too cooked, dry, disappointing. Lemon dessert: cinnamon, too, killed other tastes.
