excellent restaurant, we ate a starter of mixed bruschettes and meat, an ossobuco, really great even if the accompanying mushrooms seemed subliferous, and a steak. the choice of wines.

We went here on a friend's advice and it was a great choice! the place is very close to the Piazza della Signoria. we took as a starter of the bruschettes, as the first pappardelle to the boar ragù and as the second peposo and potatoes, all accompanied by two glasses of classical chianti! we recommend it... really great!

Come away from the main piazza's and you can find some great traditional places. This is one. Came here after some research, booked and was delighted. Ate standard stuff Bruchetta, caprese, Wild boar pappardelle and a spectacular spicy pasta, bottle of Chianti and dinner was done. Attentive service, generous portions and tasty food. A winner.

At first, I looked askance at this place, especially because of its location (too near the Piazza della Signoria) and the TV. But the food was terrific, the service excellent, and our server seemed to respond to our enthusiasm for the food--not the typical traveler's experience, especially in tourist-ridden Florence. We had a couple of the simpler dishes--pasta with mushrooms, for instance--and everything was letter-perfect, including the excellent, inexpensive glass of Chianti. Would recommend.

New Year's Eve with my girlfriend we opted for the 70€ menu that provided: -antipasto toscanox2 -fiorentina and contour -dolce and coffee food overall good: abundant appetizer with meats and cheeses of good quality and sweet Florentine even if not just 1,2kg as instead previewed. negative note the contours of poor quality (burned vegetables and frozen potatoes.) bad wine. 22€ half bottle of hot served chianti. fast and rude service, which also answers inappropriate questions.
