"The Haebel is an enrichment of the Hamburg cuisine. La Cave as an Aperitiv Bar and entering the world of natural wines is a highlight with excellent service. La Cave's motto continues in the restaurant based on excellent wines. A Roche Audrand and Le Grand Vlanc remain in my memory for a long time. Thanks for that! The menu is as promised Nordic, French. A cattle tar with oyster foam remains in memory as well as a black cod. However, a pulp bites easily on the acidity of the secondary components and the wine growing line. The wine tasting is pleasantly generous. The ambience is typical of the gravel; for my taste too loud, slightly dirty and too tight. The deficits are intercepted by a very attentive and nice service. Given the size of the part, the price level is above the level of the evening, which is why unfortunately only 4/5 stars remain. We definitely come back, it was a very nice evening. Thank you."

Overall, a wonderful evening creative cuisine, good wines, perfect service. We missed a menu and there was no espresso as they said when we asked: “The boss’s decision”.

We had a wonderful evening in the hæbel. The whole staff is more than friendly and accommodating and where I start eating. Also for vegetarians there was always an equal alternative and each gang was excellent. Ver carta

Absolutely recommended for those seeking a special occasion. The open kitchen is wonderful, the waiters nice and the concept successful. The wines (which can also be bought next door were delicious. Have you even brought to the house next door: vegetarians or allergies are not a problem here. Just say at the beginning. I give 4 stars, because I hoped a little more for the price, and after that I was still hungry. The dessert was my favorite! If you knew more about the dishes and cooks... then for the nice evening!

Ambience nice and cozy, also the open connection to the kitchen well and „natural“ solved. The concept of Carte blanche is known and therefore one knows what to interfere. Individual gears really nice, others too little harmonic (exterior: interesting contour, little typical “outer taste”, but no salt in it and not balanced overall) or even boring (sanddorn ice cream: tastes like frozen humphorn syrup from the reform house) and thus to remain clearly behind its own claim.
