"Went here yesterday have ended up with food poisoning today. We ordered chicken jalfrezi, lamb curry 2 shish kebabs, with naans. They listed on their menus they have aloo gobhi and chicken saag but when you ask it’s all non existent. The naans were rock hard as if the dough had been sitting for god knows how long, the lamb had virtually no lamb in there only big lamb bones, the chicken jalfrezi was watery, with raw peppers floating around and the tiniest morsels of chicken ever! The shish kebab took 25 mins to get to our table and they were grey, smelt like cheese and after regretfully taking a bite it was confirmed that the chicken was clearly off and inedible. The gaffa also over charged us when she seen the extra money in our hand and took a fiver just for the fun of it! Never experienced such poor quality food in my life! The gaffa who likes to pretend she is not the gaffa should take responsibility for her business rather than shouting on the phone and then hiding away when we had come to get our money back. Maybe if you paid attention to the quality of your food you wouldnt be so argumentative defensive over food that is unfortunately out of date smells very unpleasant. The gaffa needs a wake up call if she believes the food is edible let alone nice. Won’t be coming back here ever again that’s for sure! Do your best to avoid unless management changes."

Women was going to charge me £4 for a cheese naan when it clearly showed a different price instead of just accepting it tried to argue with me : rude.. food is ok if you have drank 10 pints

Worst service disgusting food I came out the chip shop and threw the food away they have no idea what they are doing I'm absolutely astonished they are serving food neelams was very good bk in the day don't bother now

I ordered a mixed doner kebab with tandoori roti. The meat was decent, but the roti was awful. It seemed like it had been cooked days ago and they gave me stale roti. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Very poor Chicken Tikka . It's become really bad with new cooks there. The old man was great and his sidekick with messy hair. Use to be the best chicken tikka in naan in Birmingham. I'm going to have to find a new place now.

Donner kebab was absurd , the fact that they thought it was acceptable to sell rock hard doner meat was an insult to my intelligence or reflection of what they think of their paying customers. Thank God the diet coke was in date.. yes I had to double check .

Neelam's Kebab House used to be popular with locals and students but sadly the good days are no more! Quality of food was disgusting! I'm sorry for using such words to describe food in general (which is a blessing) but this was terrible. I genuinely hate any food going to waste but in this case, even my cat turned her face when offered some of the chicken kebab. To make things worse, the customer service is now non- existent. Such a shame
