I ordered steak, and said to the very nice and polite waitress, I will cook it medium too well, but I want to be able to eat it. No blood please, so make sure it is shown without blood. That didn't happen, and the steak was very ****. You obviously don't have a real, experienced cook. Steak is not difficult to cook exactly how the customer likes it, nothing could be easier. My wife and son ate their choice, but there was so little to choose. The drinks were very expensive, I myself ordered a warehouse with lime and was calculated 65p for the lime, although I lacked so much storage. No other good, customer-specific restaurant costs for the drop of lime. There were only a few people eating on a Saturday night, but we booked and eat in a restaurant in Hassocks at least once a month, large menu choice and full of people every time, and the same drinks are at least one third lower than the Hangleton Manor, calculate for lime and exce3llent lighting. We know about the years that were eaten at the Manor in Hangleton, and are not even satisfied."

Excellent environment. Working. The staff didn't upset you, but checked the right amount for you. Could do with some more light as it was difficult to read the menu and the card machine! Great birthday dinner. Thank you.
