Lovely cozy pub, very friendly young barmaid, just started doing food again, we didn't have any but it looked amazing, will be trying it out very soon.

Missed the bus had 40mins to spare so went to the Hare and Hounds by myself and had the first lager and lime in years, it was peacefull and I was left alone to catch up with my mob. Not been drinking for years, and I actually enjoyed it, I will visit again Ver carta

the best steak ever! the rib was full of taste and incredibly delicate. it was absolutely perfectly boiled with a magnificent garlic sauce and spectacular house made wobble rings the size of the sauce. can not recommend this place! we will definitely come back.

Lovely traditionally British pub. Offers varied events, as Pub Quizzes and Open Mics. Find yourself invited to play a pool game while one of the talented local artists performs on stage. Really friendly staff and an atmosphere that invites you to relax with a beer in hand.

Great pub in the village, large parking facilities. Flat so disabled can easily get in. First time going in, lit fire and nobody was in, staff made us feel welcomed. Booked a table for our evening meal. On return later, pub was buzzing, again staff lovely. The food was excellent, chef takes time and care, so if you are in a hurry it's not for you. Great selection of different dishes, which change regularly. We had the pie with all the trimmings, meat melted in the mouth. Only one choice of pudding, but it was amazing vanilla cheesecake with white chocolate and fresh strawberrys. If you are in the area its worth a visit. Ver carta
