It was one of these hot days when you only go outside after the sunset, we were looking for a place in the neighborhood and we found Harper's. We had a very pleasanr diner a good wine and in addition the waiter was lovely :

It's a good address, it's a chic, slightly guinated hair. The only negative point would be the service even if it is user-friendly, there were some couacs and a certain waiting time. I think there is a concern in the organization of the service I suspect the distribution of the tables and or perhaps the form of the restaurant that makes it difficult to have an eye everywhere. On the other hand, seasoning is well mastered, textures are associated with delicateness, low hat.

We went with my wife and my 3y son on Sunday morning in this restaurant with a charming apparence from outside. The waitress brought us to a nice table, all good until now. Then it began: 1/ No one came to gove us the menu, so after 10 min we took one on another table 2/ After 15 min, finally the waitress came and we ordered (note that restaurant was not full at all) 3/ After 30 min, waitress brought our coca zero, which had a weird taste normal they were expired since 4 months 4/ We told the waitress, she did not seem surprised at all, and did not apologize in any manner 5/ After 45 min we still had our glass with expired coca, table next to us complaining they were waiting since 1h, our 3y...
