very friendly and also English speaking service. the selection is really delicious. eggs benedict and lachs bagel were excellent. what has been very pleased to me as a lover of the American breakfast cerials was the great selection of cerials. when we return to paris, we will come back to the harpers.

We're only half satisfied with our lunch at harper's. We waited a lot (but it would seem exceptional: that day, there was an aflux of unexpected world), the foods were correct but without great originality and above all they arrived warm in the plate, which is annoying. desserts (cheesecake and carrot cake) were successful. charming welcome and nice decor in the room. a Thursday of ascent passing through the neighborhood we were looking for a terrace for lunch and so we were stopped at harper's. pleasant, short menu, in entry a disappointing tataki (fridge taste), a gratinated camembert (very good) then a ribs (too sweet) with fries (teeds), fajita with quinoa risotto (bon). With 2 beers 51€..Bref, unpacking experience. Not sure to renew the experience. ..

In an out of town area not far from Sacre Coeur, Very neat modern building well decorated really interesting neat clean and very tidy - a sort of modern French - not really trad. We sat on the street which was most pleasant. A really good varied menu and the food was truly excellent, Mains and desserts. The staff were absolutely wonderful and really good fun. Nicely relaxed. A very returnable place.

I often eat on the harper's, which is just a step away from home, and so had the opportunity to see a large part of the card (old and new) never disappointed for more than a year. I lived in North America long enough to know where the harper's recipes are inspired. I must admit that they are all successful, combining the authenticity of the dish with a certain European touch (except perhaps the bagel that is it for the very different blow from an American bagel, but still very tasteful.) the team is nice as a whole and the welcome is very pleasant. a small terrace rather pleasant and quiet in a place a little remote from the surrounding streets.
