Stopped by for lunch having never been before, unfortunately I would not go back as I found a hair on my bagel.. A shame as the food was tasty it looked like a cat or something similar

One of my favourite places in Hockley, highly recommend. Good coffee and the best club sandwich ever. I had an excellent experience with friendly and approachable staff, and everything is reasonably priced. If you need of a hot drink and a good lunch there are few better places in Nottingham.

This cozy cafe near the National Ice Centre is both welcoming and bustling. There is indoor and outdoor seating available. The menu offers a wide variety of options for vegans, including an excellent and affordable vegan breakfast. They also have multiple plant-based milk options and a selection of vegan cakes. My breakfast sandwich at Hockley Kitchen was easily one of the best tasting and more affordable meals during my 2-month stay in Nottingham. It's a cute cafe in a fashionable neighbourhood. The service was also good. I'd happily go back. I now want to try the scrambled eggs with salmon and a side of sourdough bread.

Whenever we want a fast and delicious breakfast, we always come to this restaurant. The coffee is amazing and a special thanks to the wonderful Lianne, who always gives excellent service and engaging conversation. The Hockley Kitchen is our go-to spot for a delicious Sausage cob. Although the customer service deserves five stars, we couldn't give a full five stars because the value for money isn't great if you're looking for a larger meal.

Called in for lunch, we both ordered a panini with a side salad and a latte. The coffee was barely warm, service was really slow, the coffee arrived after about 5 minutes. We then waited about 20 minutes for the paninis which only arrived after we had been in to chase the order. They then forgot the salads. People who came in after us were served first and some had finished their meal by the time we got ours. Definitely will not go there again. Ver carta

Upon entering the restaurant, we were completely ignored and left standing for about 5 to 6 minutes while the staff chatted amongst themselves. It was disappointing to experience such poor customer service. The breakfast we ordered was decent, although the mushrooms were not great. However, the price of £27 for 2 English breakfasts seems a bit high, especially considering the lack of welcoming and friendly service. Overall, our experience was underwhelming.

Great location, overpriced but most in the area are. Hubby really enjoyed his sausage and egg roll. I went for the Greek salad and balsamic glaze with halumi as an extra. £1.50 for two very thin slices of halumi. Thought the salad was poor, basically a bag of brown round the edges mixed leaves and a few olives. Hardly any onion. Forced half of it down then realised the balsamic glaze was missing. Spoke to the staff but they couldn't have cared less. Very watery weak coffee. Won't rush back.

ITA: A pochi passi dal nostro hotel si trovava questo piccolo locale aperto per colazione o per un brunch. Inglese come pochi, offre la tipica Egnlish breakfast con salsicce, fagioli, uova e pancetta, oppure come bagel e panini di ogni tipo, offrendo però anche un buon assortimento di dolci, come torte, croissant e pancakes. Il costo è piuttosto alto rispetto a quanto siamo abituati noi italiani, ma le colazioni di questo tipo portano a saltare tranquillamente il pranzo. Da italiano aggiungo di aver bevuto uno dei migliori cappuccini della mia vita, una cremosità mai sentita prima. Il locale è gestito da giovanissimi che si danno un gran da fare anche se sulle tempistiche di attesa si potreb... Ver carta
